The Smartway2 Room Panel app for iOS offers a wealth of information including current availability, details of next booking and scrollable timeline showing current business day and as far into the future as you wish.

It’s so easy to create a new reservation. A quick tap of either the Use Now button or an available period on the time line will immediately present the reservation form defaulted to your specified start time. You may then adjust the required duration and add a meeting title if you desire.
On saving your reservation, Smartway2 will ask you to identify yourself using either password authentication, a QR Code scan or interaction with your Bluetooth device.
Anonymous booking is also available should you allow it.
