ServSuite Mobile Tablet is a servicing and customer management application that gives ServSuite software customers real-time access to scheduled appointments and customer-related information in the field. You can synchronize your scheduled appointments, enter servicing-related details, and capture both customer and employee signatures. Using the built-in email capabilities, you can notify customers when you are on your way, and send copies of work orders and invoices without the need for printing.
Other features include updating customer contact information, entering notes, collecting payments, and reviewing recent customer history.
