ADDED: Setting: General: Default Phone Format Country Code - The country code to use for phone formatting when an address does not have a country code or country. This should be a 2 letter ISO country code. If this setting does not have a value, the app will use the device's region from Language & Region settings.
FIXED: App: Phone number formatting now properly handles most phone number formats and regions.
