The Planning Center Services app is the best way to access your Planning Center Services account on your iOS device. Planning Center Services is an online scheduling and worship planning application to keep your staff and volunteers connected. With our native app, you get an optimized Planning Center experience wherever you are. Manage your schedule, accept or decline scheduling requests, blockout dates, upload your user picture, and if you are a musician, use the media player or attachments section to access music for rehearsals.
If you are responsible for scheduling volunteers or planning services, the app has features just for you! Add users to your schedule, check for conflicts, and email them at any time. Add items, songs, media or headers to your order of service and drag and drop them to reorder. Plus, the plan page and your schedule update in real time even without having to refresh!

• LIST
While continuing to navigate your worship playlist, you’ll now experience automatic scrolling that keeps the currently playing song visible so you always know where you are in the service’s setlist. Get lost in worship while still knowing where you are.
• SONG
View complete song details including full-size album artwork and metadata while listening, giving you quick context about what’s playing during your rehearsal. I mean, you get the picture.
• LYRICS
Follow along with lyrics as your song plays, keeping you on track during practice sessions. It’s not karaoke, but close.
• DOCS
Access all your sheet music, chord charts, and reference documents attached to each song right where you need them for rehearsal preparation. Accessing all the files is a breeze, but getting everyone to practice in key is the real chord-ination.
• NOTES
View team-specific instructions and item notes (like who’s leading, audio scenes, or lighting cues) so important service details stay visible while you practice. This will help shed some light on the more notable things in your service.
• PERSISTENT PLAYBACK CONTROLS
Now, you’ll always have the playback controls within reach, as you switch between these new tabs in the media player. You can pause, you can play, you’ll be skipping to this new improvement.
• MINI PLAYER HEADER
Always have a reference of which song you are listening to, as you switch between the new tabs. This way, no matter where you are, you have a heads up and won’t miss a beat.
