Digital Building Inspections

ARCADIS has developed a digital building inspection tool.

The application has many useful features:

· transparent and uniform quality of building inspection
· checklist, digital drawings and photos in one device
· on-site consultation of building-regulations/ project standards
· easily accessible and user-friendly
· can be used for new and existing buildings
· use of quick notes (completed inspection report)
· comments to subcontractors with tracking system

This update focuses on stability, usability, and reliability based on user feedback.

Improvements & fixes
- Restored the ability to draw on images and documents and correctly attach them to findings.
- Provision and Based on fields now remain visible for all finding statuses, including completed, allowing inspectors to add more context.
- Added a “Select all” option when sharing findings with stakeholders, making it easier to include all findings when needed.
- Improved synchronization of findings created while offline. Offline data is now reliably synced when the app reconnects, both automatically and via manual sync.
