Your shared customer database is at your fingertips. This enables you to quickly call, text, e-mail, and chat with your business contacts. You can easily locate your customers and get directions to their addresses.
Includit enables you to import documents and attach them to a customer. You can also attach pictures and videos. Perfect for documenting details before giving a quote, etc.
Share documents and photos with your contacts and colleagues using the built-in chat.
Use Includit to upload receipts from file or photo directly to your accountant. You will be prompted to approve receipts and incoming invoices. The Inbox will always remind you of outstanding approvals and other tasks.
Includit stores your chats and files as part of your company data.
Includit works as a stand-alone solution or integrated with e-conomic ERP.
Please note that the Includit app requires you to first create your company on our website or accept an invitation from a company you are doing business with.
