Dossier Mobile allows interaction with your Dossier environment from a mobile device. Dossier Mobile is native for both iPhone and iPad, and is ideal for all of your Dossier users including technicians, drivers, parts room personnel, shop management, operations, and executives.
In the shop, Dossier Mobile allows your team to fully interact with Dossier, including Work Order workflow - Work Requests, assigned tasks, interactive checklists, approval requests, labor time on task, and more. Dossier Mobile also supports parts management – requests, receipt, and usage, indirect time tracking, Warranty management, and more.
For drivers and operators (Lite Users), Dossier Mobile has a special permission set that allows them to enter meter readings (typically mileage or hours) and Work Requests.
Managers can make/monitor assignments and progress, approve work and purchases, as well as review and manage information at the detail level for assets, parts, personnel, etc. You will never be disconnected from your fleet with Dossier Mobile. The approval function is particularly useful as it allows managers to approve work or purchases from anywhere and at any time.
All of Dossier’s operational functionality is available via Dossier Mobile, providing an extremely powerful environment to interact with Dossier whether in the shop, on the road, at home, or anywhere.

Enhancements:
Creating a Work Order from a Work Request or Work Estimate will now prompt to take the asset out of service (if configured in Maintenance Settings)
Technicians can enter Meter Readings for PM Work Orders on Assets from other sites
Bug Fixes:
Errors no longer occur when adding or updating parts on Purchase Orders
The Date Picker won't be hidden behind the Meter Reading screen when completing a PM
Only Personnel marked as Technicians appear in the Person drop-down for Labor on Tasks
