Rebuilt the mobile app to take advantage of the benefits gained from having a fully native app. Added the following features: Light/Dark mode & auto, ability for members to foster community by suggesting their own events, smart room reservation system where you can set preferences on your favorite room and meeting duration, a better bulletin board, auto unlock for doors for convenience, the ability to pause your membership and resume at any time. This build removes the "location" UIBackgroundMode (Guideline 2.5.4). The app does not use persistent real-time location; the door-unlock-on-approach feature uses iBeacon region monitoring, which works in the background without that mode. Photo library and location purpose strings have been updated with clear descriptions and concrete examples (Guideline 5.1.1(ii)).
