Condominium Associates and Precedent Hospitality & Management have been industry leading managers of Florida Condominium Associations, Homeowner Associations, Co-op Communities, and Commercial Associations since 1982.
The CAandPrecedent Board and Homeowner APP is available to Board Members and Homeowners in managed Associations that have subscribed to the APP service for their communities.
This APP allows Board Members and Owners to access online Association website functions via a convenient mobile APP instead of having to log in via a web browser. Owners may pay assessments, look up documents, retrieve forms, and check their accounts. Additionally, Board Members may approve invoices (if applicable), see Association financial records, and monitor Association reports.
If you already have a login to your Association website, you may log in to the APP using the same email address and password you use for your Association website. If you do not have a current login to your Association website, simply click the Register button and submit your information. Once your registration is approved, you will receive an email with a link to set your password and then you will be able to log into your account directly from this APP.
