AirDSP by Acoustas is the control and tuning app for Acoustas DSP amplifiers. Connect over Wi-Fi, tune every channel in real time, and hear your changes the instant you make them.

The app was previously called the Acoustas App. Same app, same devices. New name. New functionality.

CONTROL
Power and standby, source select, master volume with 1 dB resolution, per-channel mute, full channel routing, and channel groups for multi-way setups.

TUNE
- 15-band parametric equalizer, tuning all the way down to 10 Hz
- 0.25 dB EQ resolution with a fine tuner for dialing any single band
- Peaking, low shelf, high shelf, and biquad filter types
- Crossovers: Butterworth, Linkwitz-Riley, Bessel, 6 to 48 dB per octave
- Sub-millisecond delay in milliseconds, inches, feet, millimeters, or meters
- Per-channel fine-tune gain, independent of master volume

FIR VAULT (linear-phase filter toolkit)
- Linear Phase Linkwitz-Riley: classic LR shapes with zero phase distortion
- Invisible Linear Phase: the cleanest possible transitions between drivers
- Nt-X Pro Linear Phase: the most advanced linear-phase option in AirDSP
- Phase Linearizer: correct the phase response of any filter chain

PRESETS AND AMP STATE
- Save presets to your amp and A/B compare them instantly
- Export any preset as a .acp file to share, back up, or move to another amp
- Export an entire amp state as a .acs file, with every preset, every FIR, and all routing captured in one file

Preset and amp state files never contain Wi-Fi credentials, Bluetooth pairing data, or device serial numbers. They are safe to share.

This update is all about speed. Opening the app, switching presets, and loading FIR filters are all dramatically faster.

YOUR AMP IS THERE THE MOMENT YOU OPEN THE APP
AirDSP now remembers your amplifiers and reconnects to them directly instead of rescanning the network every time. Opening the app takes you straight back to the device you were using, usually in well under a second. The "Scanning for devices" wait is gone from everyday use, and the connection now recovers on its own after Wi-Fi hiccups, network changes, or a long stay in the background.

PRESET SWITCHING IS NEARLY INSTANT
Switching between presets that share the same FIR filter now takes about a tenth of a second, fast enough for true A/B listening. Switching between FIR and non-FIR presets completes in under a second, in both directions. A preset now counts as loaded the moment you can hear it, with verification finishing quietly in the background.

FIR FILTERS LOAD IN A FRACTION OF THE TIME
Applying a FIR filter now takes about 2 seconds instead of 5 to 7. If the connection drops mid-apply, AirDSP automatically picks up where it left off when the amp comes back. A new indicator in the FIR Vault shows exactly which channels a filter will apply to.

CLEANER AUDIO WHILE YOU MAKE CHANGES
Filter transitions now ride a brief, gentle volume dip, which removes the pops you could previously hear when switching FIR presets. Also fixed a rare case where a freshly loaded preset's FIR filter could be silently inactive until reapplied.

POLISH AND FIXES
Smoother opening animation, the active preset's highlight persists across restarts, refined faders and controls, better contrast in the crossover and FIR builder sections, and a fix for bass tone settings occasionally not reloading with a preset.
